My Favourite Natural & Organic Lip Balms [That Stay On The Lips]

Hi Lovelies,

Welcome back! And welcome if you are new here xoxo

My Favourite Natural & Organic Lip Balms [That Stay On The Lips]
My Favourite Natural & Organic Lip Balms [That Stay On The Lips]
Today is the day when I present You with my best natural and organic lip balms. This would be the first item I would take to the desert island with me, and having tested dozens upon dozens natural lip balms, here are my best picks. I only have two requirements for them, they have to be all natural & ACTUALLY STAY ON THE LIPS!

I guess formulating a good lip balm isn’t as easy as just melting a few ingredients in the double boiler, isn’t it? If the lip balm is gone within minutes of me applying it, then I am sorry, I am not repurchasing. So pass the drum roll please, here are my BEST:

ISUN SKINCARE GOLDEN LIP BALM* [13€ FOR 5GR]

Just like any other ISUN Skincare product, this in a league on it’s own. Organic & wildcrafted ingredients, crystal charged – oh my! I am about to run out & will rectify the situation immediately 🙂 Just checking the ingredients list will make you fall in love with it (ever seen that many amazing plant extracts in a lip balm?!), applying for the first time you will be hooked for life, I know I did. Available from Dutch Health Store, see this album for more ISUN products reviews.

*update many moons later, the brand is no longer stocked at the DSE but it is still around.

DRHAUSCHKA LIP CARE STICK [£9.75 FOR 4.9GR]

I do not know what rock I have been hiding under, I only tried it last year! Loved it so much that finished it in about a month, I wouldn’t let it go from my hands. Luckily Love Lula came to the rescue with an offer I couldn’t resist – they were offering it for free with any DrHauschka purchase of 30£+ and I was like “are you kidding me, yes please, take my money!”. I was about to run out of my other DrHauschka Holy Grail, which is Rose Day Cream (review), so I felt like I killed two birds with one stone. Oh, I own Lip Care Pot too, the formulas I find similarly good, but due to a bit of difficulty sticking my finger into a pot I find ever-so-slightly-to- small for convenient application, I have decided to keep repurchasing the stick from now on.

Psst, do you like saving money on natural products as much as  I do? Then I would suggest you follow my FB page, where I constantly post offers I am coming across. Or follow my blog, I blog about them monthly too. Or Pinterest here – whatever floats your boat 🙂

HURRAW MOON BALM [4.99£ FOR 4.3GR]

Hurraw is a fave for nearly a decade, I am never ever without one. Or five, let’s be honest. I love all of them, but Moon Balm is my fave because it has a bit of a different texture than the rest of them, and I also find it stays on a bit better too. Vanilla scent never hurt anybody either 🙂 Hurraw seems to be everyone’s favourite with cult following, I don’t think the brand needs any introduction. This is vegan friendly.

*update, I also love their BalmToo as a lip mask/ overnight treatment.

Flying Wild Organic Beeswax Lip Balm With Honey & Rosemary [3.50€ for 5gr]

This comes from my favourite Irish brand, Flying Wild. Arno started out with beautiful balm products with his own farmed honey. I LOVED these original products to death, but sadly they are no longer for sale, the brand has moved on to make reflexology balms almost exclusively, as well as some facial oils & these amazing lip balms. Arno, if you are reading this, please never change the formula or discontinue this lip balm – you have a customer for life in me. Oh, I forgot to mention that this formula does not contain any coconut oil, I think it is important to point that out as a lot of people are asking my recommendations for a coconut oil free lip balm & I always point them in this direction. Price is €3.50 for one, but much cheaper if you get it in packs of 4 or 8. The lip balm stays on for hours and hours, I don’t think You would be disappointed. Oh, Flying Wild plants a tree with every order – one order, one tree.

INGREDIENTS: organic grapeseed oil, organic beeswax, raw honey, organic oil of rosemary, vitamin E

*update, sadly the brand no longer makes them. Welp!

So there’s that, my fave lip balm & the reasons too. Now, your turn – tell me Your favourites so I could check them out too?

See You here next Tuesday!

Lots Of Love,

Renata.
