Love Lula Beauty Box

Hi Lovelies,

Welcome back! And welcome if you are new here xoxo

Love Lula Beauty Box
Love Lula Beauty Box

Green beauty boxes are a great way to discover new items you might have missed otherwise! I love that anything coming from LoveLula is cruelty free and guaranteed not to have any toxic ingredients – they have very strict criteria for any product they accept and that is taking the guesswork off your shoulders. This is the last Beauty Box as the subscription box as we knew it, from now on we will get discovery boxes instead. Meaning that instead of getting a surprise each month, we will be able to see what we are getting beforehand. I am here for the next chapter!*

*sadly Love Lula is no more. Sob!

If You are a bit confused at the changes and why they are happening, You might want to check out this post of mine:

Love Lula Beauty Box is changing & my favourite discoveries from it – Green Life In Dublin

For bonus points I listed all my favourite discoveries from it – and it’s been lots of them!

Ok, Renata, enough blabbing, let’s see what’s in the actual last subscription box.

INIKA MATTE PERFECT PRIMER – €47,95 for 30ml

I LOVE Inika! I have reviewed their make up already, some of the products like the liquid foundation, mascaras and the Peachy Keen blush are my Forever Favourites, so I will gladly try this primer and will get back to You with my thoughts on it. Matte is not the formula I would usually go for as my skin is dry and sensitive, but there’s time and place for it too, so I will make sure to find the time and place for it.

The Clean Beauty Swap 2020 Campaign & Me

balm balm little miracle rosehip serum 19.95€ FOR 30ML

This and Ooh! Oils of Heaven are my go to brands when it comes to facial oils, both offer really high quality products, so I will be keen to try this once I will finish some of the oils I currently have open. The ingredients in this look good to me.

INGREDIENTS: Rosa Canina Fruit Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Borago Officinalis (Borage) Seed Oil, Boswellia Neglecta Oil, Pelagonium Graveolens Flower Oil, Cymbopogon Martini Oil, Juniperus Communis Fruit Oil, Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Peel Oil, citronellol, geraniol, linaool, citral, limonene, farnesol.

oils of heaven argan oil 11.95€ FOR 30ML

As I just mentioned, I love this brand so much. Argan oil is world famous and I think it has largely to do with putting green beauty on the map. I is good for so many uses and I have enjoyed using it in the past. Delighted to have it in my collection again. As You can see, the ingredient(s) is only one, what can be more pure and more natural than that?

INGREDIENTS: 100% Organic Argania Spinosa L. kernel oil

phb ethical beauty balance moisturiser €24.95 for 30ml

We have had quite a few PHB Ethical Beauty products in the box over the years, this is the latest addition for us to try. I love the brand ethos & I enjoyed quite a few products over the years. The description of this product sounds good and I love the texture of it (light and sinks in fast) but it has quite a few essential oils in it, plus it smells of them too. With my uber sensitive and dermatitis prone skin, essential oils are a bit of no no for my skincare, plus I have had a history of burning my face multiple times, both for testing/ judging for awards and in my own personal journey, so I am extra careful of new skincare products. I might either use it as my neck and chest moisturiser or give it away to a struggling friend with Love Lula’s permission.

INGREDIENTS: Aqua, Aloe barbadensis** (Organic Aloe), Helianthus annuus** (Organic sunflower), Cetearyl alcohol, Stearic acid, Simmondsia Chinensis, Cetyl alcohol, Vegetable glycerin**, Echinacea angustifolia (Echinacea extract), Phenethyl alcohol, Caprylyl glycol, Glyceryl stearate, Hippophae Rhamnoides** (Organic Sea Buckthorn), Calophyllum Inophyllum (Tamanu) seed oil, Coco glucoside, Tocopherol, Lavendula angustifolia (Lavender flower) oil, Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange) peel oil, Peligonium graveleons (Geranium) leaf oil, Citrus bergamia (Bergamot) peel oil, Benzyl alcohol, Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove bud) oil, Sodium Bicarbonate. †Limonene, †Linalool, †Citral, †Geraniol,†Citronellol, †Eugenol, †Isoeugenol. *Organic, **Certified Organic. †Occurrs naturally in Essential Oils.

The total of this box is 104.80€ or about 95£ I reckon? Awesome or what? We got four full sized products. Awesome or what? Did Love Lula had the best affordable green beauty beauty box and finished on a high note? You bet they did!

Many thanks to Love Lula and their worker bees, You did awesome job guys. I appreciate that.
