How are all of you, I hope life is treating you well? I’ve been thinking about my favourite products lately and which ones are long standing ones, and I have came up with a blog post on the spot – let’s see my ride or die favourites from 2018 still used daily today?
Now, if you follow me for at least a couple of months, you might remember me ordering Joy roller in my Love Lula blogger order back in February here, and putting all of the products into my Pinterest wishlist here – and guess what? The Universe has a strange ways of working, but I am happy to say that Amy reached out to me not too long after and asked if I would like some more products to try. Not only that, but she offered to pick the products for me by dowsing (don’t ask me, she is the expert). I was like “does one legged duck swim in circles? Yes please!”
So long story short, Amy picked the products she thought I need at this time based on my energy field – and boy, did she get it right! I am not an expert when it comes to all things aura/ energy field / flower and gemstone essences/ aura sprays, etc, but I am a believer – I think there’s not only our physical body, but also spiritual one and it is just as important to take care of both. It took me a very long time to realize this, but let’s leave it for another time and come back to the wonderful Nature’s Wish products. Let me just say that while all these products you see here were sent to me, I have full intentions to repurchase them with my own money. Not only that, I am sharing them with you – yep, there will be a mini giveaway at the end of this review, and this time it is international!
A bit about the brand and it’s founder:
Nature’s Wish is an award winning wellbeing and skincare company, offering a range of high quality products that are rich in vitamins, essential oils, flower and crystal essences. Each product is handmade in small batches to retain the quality and integrity of the essences.
Inspired by the profound effects that flower essences can have on a persons wellbeing, Amy Murphy-Watts founded Nature’s Wish in Hampshire in 2010. She is passionate about flower essences and their remarkable ability to be absorbed into your energetic system, as such she only uses natural and organic ingredients. Amy is a trained Bach flower practitioner and through her extensive learning and experience she now makes all her own flower essences. She places a lot of love, care and hard work into what she does and considers flower essences to hold a key part in helping to rebalance our own vibrational energy. Each of her combination essences have a particular purpose.
Combining the essences into sprays and beauty products enables you to get the benefits of the essences in many ways, Amy blends them into Face Oils, Roller Balls, Energy Sprays, Lip Balms and Body Oils. All the flower essences are made from plants grown in Amy’s garden or gathered on local walks in Hampshire, thus preserving the highest quality distinct imprint of the flowers. None of the products contain any chemicals, petroleum, palm oil, parabens or additives and is never tested on animals.
Stay tuned and let’s look at each of the products individually, shall we?
This wonderful product is probably my favourite from the whole lot – don’t ask me how it works, but it has the ability to silence my monkey brain within seconds! It is a blend of floral waters, essential oils, flower, crystal and environmental essences to cleanse and revitalise your natural energy field.
BENEFITS: A soothing blend to help calm when you are feeling overwhelmed or under pressure. Provides grounding and protection allowing you to feel strong and safe, enabling your aura energy to have a sense of inner peace. FLOWER ESSENCES: The Peace blend of Angel’s Trumpet, Daisy and Walnut. ESSENTIAL OILS: Palmarosa, Rose Otto and Grapefruit. FLORAL WATER: Rose Bulgarian.
I always have this within reach and am spraying it multiple times per day – and I make sure to take it with me to work on the weekends too. It comes in the 100ml glass bottle and I hope it never runs out!
Ingredients: Rose Floral Water Palmarosa Rose Grapefruit Angel's Trumpet flower essence in Brandy and Water Daisy flower essence in Brandy and Water Walnut flower essence in Brandy and Water
The description says it is a luxurious combination of natural and organic oils that are rich in vitamins, essential oils, flower essences and crystal essences.
BENEFITS: A relaxing blend to provide a feeling of calm in times of stress. Helps to centre and rebalance the mind and body. Aids connection of thoughts and information with patience and sensitivity. FLOWER ESSENCES: The Tranquility blend of Daisy, Impatiens, Lavender and Walnut. ESSENTIAL OILS: Neroli, Mandarin and Rose Otto.
This product is also very enjoyable to use and I don’t want to run out of it too! I find 100ml bottle gives me around 10 full body applications – and I am very generous when applying body oils, I am obsessed with them for the last year or so! I wish the scent was a bit stronger, but I appreciate that is is all natural and natural essential oils do not give you that in-your-face aroma some of you might want. I have to say I am yet to use it as a bath oil, I don’t want to waste it, so I keep using it as a body oil.

Now, at this point I should probably tell you that all of the Nature’s Wish products are available on Love Lula except for the essences (this link above will take you directly to their website. No affiliation or sponsorship, purely for your convenience) As far as essences go, I haven’t tried too much, so I don’t have an extensive experience with them. I also didn’t know what I was going to get, so I wasn’t able to go and look up the product beforehand and get some preconceived thoughts about it, so when I did get the product, I decided to take the essence without looking at the description and to see where it goes. I have to say I was taken by surprise – my normal state of stress-head was instantly mellowed when I took this product, and the problems that seemed huge before definitely did seem on a lesser and more manageable degree. So this made me a believer – this is something you have to experience for yourself as flower and crystal essences are still outcast as the “witchy” “hippy” stuff, sadly so. This Tranquility essence is a mix of a few flower essences and is designed to help us ground back to the earth, bring calm to work the situation out, feel patient and connect with the inner self. It is also a great enabler in meditation.
Ingredients /Essences:Daisy: Helps to bring together scattered thoughts and information. It creates clarity and a calm mind. Enables us to connect our thoughts and information into a coherent patter. Very good as an aid with study to help focus the mind.
Impatiens: For impatient and impulsive people. For those who like working their way, at their speed and are often critical of others who don't. Sudden temper outbursts, impatiens, irritability. By taking impatiens it brings a calmer nature, more patient and sensitive to others.
Lavender: For those who over stretch themselves emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically. Helps us to connect to our higher self, bringing spirituality into everyday life. It brings clarity, enabling us to hear our inner guidance. It relaxes those who over stimulate themselves. It also helps to protect those who absorb too much spiritual energy which can often result in difficulties in the head, neck and shoulders
Walnut: For those who find it difficult to adapt to change. Very useful for major-life changes, teething, puberty, pregnancy, divorce, moving home or school, changing job, bereavement etc. For those who feel affected by other's influences and personality. It is also a good grounding essence and an all round protector.
Roller balls are a mix of different essences and essential oils in some type of carrier oil. They are convenient to carry around and apply on the pulse points as needed, you are meant to inhale them after application. The smell is faint but pleasant (again, this is not a perfume) and I find if used regularly, this centers my thoughts and makes me less stressed, so I guess you can say it gives me some joy if you will.
Flower Essences: Angel's Trumpet, Willow, Sweet Pea
Crystal Essences: Rose Quartz
Essential Oils: Bergamot, Lemon, Rose Geranium, Roman Chamomile, Ylang Ylang
Breakdown of what each of the ingredient and what it does:
Bergamot: Psychologically Bergamot has soothing, balancing and reviving qualities. It is a sunny essential oil, connected to the heart chakra, helping to relieve sadness, depression and grief.
The Bergamot we use is Bergapten-free – so less likely to be phototoxic and less likely to be a skin sensitiser.
Lemon: Lemon is uplifting, refreshing, reviving and stimulant. It helps to bring clarity to the mind and prevent emotional outbursts. As well as clearing the mind it can help to open the heart.
Rose Geranium: It helps to gently uplift and balance. It creates a feeling of security by helping to calm anxiety and bring about a sense of balance. Good to steady out moody swings.
Roman Chamomile: This is a deeply calming and balancing essential oil. It helps to create a feeling of relaxation.
Ylang Ylang: This is a very pleasant smelling oil with a delicate fragrance. It works as an antidepressant, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic and aphrodisiac.
Sweet Pea: For grounding in over crowded places, families or situations. To bring our thoughts back to the here and now, for those who escape to fantasy. Helps us to form connections with home and communities, for anti-social behaviour. To create a sense of belonging and connection with others. Good for those moving around.
Angels Trumpet: Heralding and welcoming in the angels. To break down inhibitions and self doubt. Good for those on spiritual journeys to connect to inner self and the angels. To feel inner peace, balance and calm. A beautiful essence.
Willow: For resentment and bitterness. For those blaming others and feeling hard done by ‘poor me’. Helps us to take responsibility and not blame others. Allows us to be more open and less resentful.
Rose Quartz: Helps to release emotional stress, and helps with emotional problems such as negative self-image.
And now for the (mini) giveaway, the part you have been waiting for! If you want to win Nature’s Wish roller ball in Joy, all you have to do is to leave me a comment here – anything you want to say, simple “want” will do 🙂

So, with Mother’s day fast approaching, you might be wondering what to get that wonderful mom of yours? Let me help – I feel it’s best if I chose all products from one stop shop to save you time, and what better shop than Love Lula? I will also keep this post short and sweet as not to take up too much of your time. I chose the products I love and believe would make a good presents. Most of them have reviews, and if they don’t, they are on the way. Existing reviews will be linked down below in the case you would love to read more in depth about products. Welcome back! And if you are new here, welcome 💕💕💕
As you might know, Love Lula is not only awesome online shop, but they do their own monthly beauty box – which feels like Christmas or Birthday present each month, mind you! I don’t know about you, but I certainly am looking forward to getting it each month. I *might* be stalking postman like a hawk around the time I expect my package. What? He has my precious Love Lula goodies, it is allowed 🙂 They ship worldwide, and the price is 14.95£ monthly recurring for UK customers, and for us international gals there are two options of three months (52.50£) or a year (210£) including post and packaging. It is all well worth it in my opinion as your money will go far and beyond with this beauty box – let me tell you the boxes are most likely be 60£ or more in value! The lowest I have seen is 49£ I think – if that isn’t a great value for money, then I don’t know what is. You are guaranteed to get 2-3 full sized products in every box each month, but they often go far and beyond that – February’s beauty box contains 5 full size natural beauty products and it’s worth £60- see, told you it is amazing value! Even if you will get samples, they are most likely be deluxe or travel size, I think I have seen sachet samples twice in over a year.
Welcome back! And welcome, if you are new here 💕💕💕
How are all of you, I hope you are well? Now that the weather is getting warmer by day, I hope everybody feels alright? If you follow me for some time, you might know I am one lucky duck also known as a part of Love Lula Accredited Bloggers, and each month we have an opportunity to choose products we want to review. Up until now I was working in a manner where I was taking my time testing the products thoroughly before posting reviews, and maybe taking my time to collect them one by one in a couple of months if that happened to be more pricy products. Which means my reviews didn’t always match what I picked that particular month. From now on Love Lula wants us to post about our picks in the same month, which means I have to chance the way I blog, but by no means the reviews will cease or be any less throughout. I simply love the feedback from you guys where I am often told my reviews are the best in a way that I touch on every aspect possible and no one does more detailed reviews than me. Why, thank you, this is music to my ears and exact driving force for my blog. Thanks for making my day guys!
I had a good talk with myself on the ways I will make this work, and I came up with the solution – I will do a blog post on the products I picked each month , the reasons I picked said products & my first impressions of them, and I will update you with more detailed feedback at the end of the next month’s post. Let me be more clear – for this month I picked up A B & C products, so I will talk about them in first impressions style post today, and I will give you my feedback in more detail in next month, right after I will talk about next month’s picks D, E & F.
So, without further ado, let’s see what I picked for this month, ok? I know that’s why you are here after all! Apparently I was in need of a good hair days and joy in my life when I was picking up products 🙂
Tabitha is the talk of the town at the moment because her products are featured in one of the most popular beauty boxes, so you will hear about them all over the media really soon. I have two other products of hers and I will review the brand in great detail very soon. This dry shampoo is something I really wanted to try out for quite some time, so I told myself the time is now and went for the full size. I was not sure which size to go for, as the brand does a 15gr size, but as that one retails for 19£ and the full size of 75gr is 29£ – I figured it is the better value, so I went in – let’s hope it turns out to be amazing!
As you can see, this has lots of nice organic ingredients like nettle leaf powder and acai fruit powder, so I am excited to see if that will work better than my simple DIY dry shampoos I have done in the past.
The push for getting this product was a positive review of another equally honest blogger, who loved it for helping eczema on her scalp. Up until then the product has been on my radar, but I have had concerns on alcohol being second ingredient in the ingredients list, as well as fragrance. Surely that would dry the scalp massively? Well, I guess I won’t know unless I try, so that’s why I decided to go for it. Fun trivia fact about it – did you know that is is actually Weleda’s oldest product and remains unchanged since 1921? I also love the fact that it is not an oil, therefore does not require hair to be washed after using it. It is more like rub-in-and-go product. Sounds perfect for me? Please let me know your experience if you use this product?
I spotted this brand as soon as they appeared in Love Lula – and almost immediately all of the products went into my Pinterest Wishlist You see, this brand uses gem and flower essences in their products – any brand who does that, has my instant attention. I debated which smell I should go for first, and I chose Joy in a rollerball format – it has FLOWER ESSENCES: The Joy blend of Angel’s Trumpet, Willow and Sweet Pea. CRYSTAL ESSENCES: Rose Quartz. ESSENTIAL OILS: Bergamot, Lemon, Rose Geranium, Roman Chamomile and Ylang Ylang. This is the first but not the last time you hear me talking about the brand – I want to try EVERYTHING! I am so so curious about the rest of the products and fragrances – can someone invent “scratch ‘n’ sniff” for blogs and social media? All natural, pretty please?
Bergamot Lemon Roman Chamomile Ylang Ylang Rose Geranium Castor Oil Grapeseed Oil Angel's Trumpet flower essence in olive oil Rose Quartz crystal essence in olive oil Sweet Pea flower essence in olive oil Willow flower essence in olive oil
So there they are, my picks for this month. As I already mentioned, I was probably in need of a good hair days and joy in my life 🙂
Now, your turn! What did you guys picked up at Love Lula recently? Please let me know, I always want to know what other people are getting 🙂 If you want to get something, here’s a little something that might be of interest for you – you get a FREE selection box worth 40£ when you spend 50£+ at Love Lula! Amazing or what?
P.s. Please make my day and subscribe & share this or any of my blog posts on social media – it helps to get the green beauty word out and for that I Thank You!
I do realize I am way late with this post, I assure you I had my best intentions to post it on time last December, but time got away from me juggling all the normal work-family-life-blogging duties coupled with intense testing slash judging for The Beauty Shortlist Awards 2019 and Holiday preparations. So I posted this post on my IG page here and promised You to come back a month later, not only with my first impressions, but with a more well rounded review. Here I am, ready to give my two cents on all the products and the box in overall. Ready to get started? I am so ready.
Firstly, let me just say that Love Lula is the only subscription box I am getting, and I am really happy with it. I’ve been getting it for around a year and a half maybe, and I have to say they do a very good job at including a good variety of products, apart of a few tiny missteps of too many scrubs or face oils in a row, other products were a delight to discover. I have to say I am looking forward to each new month in anticipation of what’s to come – Christmas or Birthday present for yourself each month, anyone? They ship worldwide, and the price is 14.95£ monthly recurring for UK customers, and for us international gals there are two options of three months (52.50£) or a year (21£) including post and packaging. There is also an option to try one box, both for UK and international customers. Green beauty boxes are a great way to discover new items you might have missed otherwise, and I love that anything coming from LoveLula is cruelty free and guaranteed not to have any toxic ingredients – they have very strict criteria for any product they accept, and that is taking the guesswork off your shoulders. Here’s what we got in the last box of 2018.
Oh, just a little note before we get started – this in an international version of the box, the UK version had two Glossworks nail polishes and Hairy Jane hair perfume – very jel I couldn’t get my paws on them, as the polishes would have come so handy during the Christmas time, and I’ve been dying to try that Hairy Jane hair perfume – sooo curious about the smell everyone keeps raving about. Can someone invent a scratch and sniff feature for blogs and social media please?
Not to worry though, as the replacements we got are equally fabulous if not more so – I am well chuffed with mine! I mean natural perfumes in those cutest teeny tiny roller bottles, do I need to say more?
I was delighted to see another product by Kathleen Natural, as I really enjoyed what I have tried from them so far – so much that a few products ended up in my 2018 Best Products list. I was impressed with this bubble bath and shower gel thingy too – it works wonderfully both ways, and the natural scents of roses and oranges does give you an instant feeling of joy!
It cleanses, hydrates, and balances the skin without dry it out.
Suitable for all skin types including sensitive skins. 100% Natural. Vegan-friendly.
AROMA Top Note: Orange Essential Oil Uplifting orange oil has a sweet, fruity scent and is expressed from the rind of sun-ripened oranges. Naturally revitalizing and uplifting, sweet orange is a staple aromatherapy oil for creating a bright, uplifting, and invigorating ambience.
Heart Note: Rose Essential Oil Rose has astringent properties that make it perfect for toning and lifting the skin. It can also enhance libido and inspire romance. It helps alleviate feelings of shock and is believed to stimulate the hormone secretions that trigger menstruation and ease post-menopausal symptoms. Rose is often used to enhance feelings of wellbeing and to induce those feelings of positivity, joy, and hope.
Base Note: Nutmeg Essential Oil Nutmeg has antibacterial properties that work against 25 different bacteria. Nutmeg oil is useful for treating muscular and joint pain and relieving menstrual cramps. This earthy aroma comforts the body, improves blood circulation, and helps reduce mood swings and depression.
a little note – did you notice this product alone exceeds the value you pay for the box? Yup, you ALWAYS get at least triple the value, guaranteed in every box. Also, you are guaranteed to get at least two full size items, but they often have three or more. Sample sizes are almost always deluxe samples comparable to travel sizes, those teeny sachets are far and few in between.
Umm, I’ll be honest with you here – I must have been suffering with blogger’s fatigue when I received this, because after trying it once and not being overly impressed by it, I gifted it to my friend at work after spotting Primark 1.50€ hand cream at her desk. I know, shock horror right? I immediately set it upon myself to fix that situation 🙂 I was thinking along those lines of “yes, we all need a good hand cream in winter, but I already have a firm favourite, so I don’t need this” I was also in the thick of testing for The Beauty Shortlist as I already mentioned, and I remember feeling overwhelmed by the amount of products – and I certainly thought I will not miss it. Until one day I was chatting with said friend and she started singing praises to this hand cream, saying it is the best hand cream she has ever used in her life! When I asked her to elaborate, she said that in a space of three days or so, her skin became soft as a velvet and she can’t stop touching her hands since and is finally looking forward to putting on a hand cream, a first in her life. So I was like “huh?” immediately and now I am asking myself have I written off a good product too soon? This got my curiosity piqued indeed, as well as giving me an idea for blog post “Love at a second sight” – all about the products that left me with lukewarm first impressions but ended up as my favourites after all. If you have this cream, I would love to know your thoughts about it?
INGREDIENTS: Aqua (Water), Caprylic / Capric Triglyceride (an emollient derived from Coconut Oil), Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Cetearyl Alcohol (an emollient / emulsifier derived from Palm Oil), Ceteareth-6 Olivate (a skin conditioner sourced from Olive Oil), Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Cera Alba (Beeswax), Olea Europaea (Olive) Husk Oil, Phenoxyethanol (a synthetic preservative), Cetearyl Glucoside (am emulsifier from vegetable oils and sugar), Limonene (a fragrance component naturally occurring in fruits and plants), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Disodium EDTA (a chelating or preservative ingredient, salt in nature, sourced via a chemical synthesis) Ethylhexylglycerin (a skin conditioner sourced from a glycerin derivative), Linalool (a fragrance component naturally occurring in fruits and plants), Citral (a fragrance component naturally occurring in fruits and plants), Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil, Geraniol (a fragrance component naturally occurring in fruits and plants), Citric Acid (a ph adjuster sourced from citrus fruits), Cymbopogon Schoenanthus (Lemongrass) Oil
Oh, and before you ask, my favourite hand cream for the moment is Kiss The Moon Love Night Cream For Hands– I have already touched on it as one of my faves here, and will talk about it in my upcoming Winter Favourites very soon too. It made it into my 2018 Best Products list too.
Now let’s see what products came in the International Beauty Box?
I squealed with a delight when I saw these – you see, Walden’s A Different Drummer perfume shot straight to my Top Three Natural Perfumes since the day I got it! See the review of it here. Needless to say I am thrilled to get not only that but all of their fragrances in these mini roll ons, which not only look way cute, but are so handy to take with you anywhere, for travels or day to day bag.
INGREDIENTS: vary from scent to scent, but here are A Different Drummer ingredients - Caprylic/capric triglyceride, Cedrus Atlantica Wood Oil, Piper Nigrum Seed Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia Peel Oil, Amyris Balsamifera Bark Oil, Pogostemon Cablin Leaf Oil, Nicotiana Tabacum Leaf Oil, Dipteryx Odorata Seed Oil, Vanilla Planifolia Fruit Oil, *d-Limonene, *Linalol, *Eugenol
Bali Balm – Cinnamon & Burnt Orange Vegan Lip Balm (20£ or 22.22€ for 15ml)
This is another product I was well chuffed to get – I added them to my wishlist as soon as they appeared in Love Lula, but soon noticed they contain peppermint oil in the ingredients. So with that my enthusiasm soon faded, as I am someone who can’t handle any peppermint on my body/ face/ scalp/ lips. That was a couple of months ago, and I soon forgot about that peppermint, so I added the lip balm on my lips, as you do, and guess what? Lo behold, it is not as noticeable as I thought it would be. Yes, there’s some tingling (and maybe plumping action) for a couple of minutes, but all I can feel is cinnamon, not peppermint, so I am very happy I can actually use this product. Now, all the peppermintiness aside, here are my thoughts about the product – I love everything about it, from the clean and short ingredients list, to the performance to even actual box it came in. You see, it came in such a luxe and sturdy cardboard box, that I even kept it, something I never do. It my seem pricy at first glance, but you are actually getting triple the product than standard, 15ml instead of usual 5. It actually lasts longer than most of the lip balms I have tried, which is one of the reasons I love it. I wouldn’t hesitate to give it as a small present, really – it’s got a Green Life In Dublin Seal Of Approval.
So, as you can see, all in all it has really impressed me – all of the items are put to good use, well done Love Lula, you can pat yourselves on the back! I actually forgot the value of the box, but quick calculation, ok ok, quick mock order from Love Lula gave me the value of 63£, which works out at around 70€, which is very impressive given the price you pay for it. You are guaranteed to get at least two full sized items in each box, although Love Lula go far and beyond, including three or more more other than not. Those teeny sachets are far in between, I only remember a couple of them in around eighteen months, so very impressed with that. Sample sizes are almost always deluxe sample sizes, comparable to the travel ones – you are guaranteed to get a good feel of the product and decide whether it is for you or not. Are you interested yet? Check out here.
So yes, here are my thoughts on the box. Let me tell you one secret thought – now you can get November Beauty Box for free if you spend 60£ on their website – fabulous or what? Let me also tell you they are now selling selection of their previous boxes for a very good prices (see here), but it is not on a constant basis, so make sure to check back often.

How are all of You? I hope 2019 is treating You well so far?
Idea for today’s post came via Love Lula Natural Beauty Club post, 5 Best Natural Beauty Products of 2018 of Live Naturally N (see her post here) and that got me thinking – how many of my Holy Grail Products of 2018 actually came from Love Lula? You can see my blogger recommendations here, but as life doesn’t stand still, my Holy Grail product change over time too, due to many different reasons – the brands sell out, products change in formulations, stop working or are no longer stocked by Love Lula. If You want to know my Love Lula Loves too, You are in the right place 🙂 Continue reading “My Best Love Lula 2018 Products”
Welcome back! And welcome, if you are new here 💕💕💕
So it is that time of the year, wonderful time of the year, my favourite time of the year – Green Beauty Yearly Favourites time of the year. If Green Life In Dublin Green Beauty Awards existed, these would be it! So let’s get started, shall we? We all know I love to talk and to review good products, so majority of them will have reviews either on their own, or as part of Favourites posts – so be sure to hit that search box either here or in my previous blog with 400+ posts here. Just a reminder, my skin is dry, uber sensitive and dermatitis prone. Hair is thin, but lots of it, with a sensitive scalp to boot. Lucky girl, I know 🙂
(Full disclosure, some, but not all, of the links are affiliate links, and I thank You for using them - they are at no extra cost to you as a consumer. All products mentioned here are tested thoroughly by me, and truly my Holy Grail products - I would never recommend anything that isn't my true favourite. Some of the products date back for years and haven't left my Yearly Favourites for well, years! I also want to point out that Google collects data while you browse my blog, but I think we all know that at this point.
All amazing for different reasons, but I LOVE them equally. Mahalo has a review here, all others are still waiting their turn. After being a face oil fiend for years and years, I had to give them up due to developing dermatitis (which hates oils) but I still add them for winter, when my skin isn’t coping very well on it’s own in the harsh elements.
Please let me explain why I chose these balms that are both uber expensive – it is purely because I need all the healing help I can get with my dermatitis, which sometimes flares up for no apparent reason, and blue tansy, which is present in both products, seems to be the magic that heals my skin. It is my face after all! While Mahalo Rare Indigo is a firm fave for the last three years (just check my 2017 & 2016 Favourites posts), I wanted to change things up a bit this year and purchased Blue Cocoon, which seems to be equally impressive. Pricy as they are, both jars last a year, which makes me justify the price point for them. I see more blue balms popping here and there, so I intend to try more of them out.
Kimberly Sayer is what I used for the last four years or so, but it might be overthrown by the next two, which are newer discoveries, but oh-so-impressive. I’ll talk about them soon. W3LL People, if you are reading this, come back to EU! I’ll campaign to make it happen if I’ll need to!
I hope this was in any way interesting and/or helpful to you, and if it leads to at least one person finding a good product, then my work is done. Please be on the lookout for the reviews of many of these products, and let me know your favourites as well, so I could check them out!
Welcome back! And if you are new here, welcome 💕💕💕
Today I thought to share all posts from 2018, all 70 of them in one place – purely for your convenience! Some of you might now I blog for years, some of you won’t, so I thought to round up all the reviews in one convenient place – shall we get started?
Welcome back! And if you are new here, welcome 💕💕💕
If you want to know what I got this Black Friday this year, you are in the right place. This year I didn’t do Black Friday sales round up for all the EU & UK online shops and brands post like I did last year, I decided I am against mindless consumerism. However, having said that, I did spend a lot of money myself – it was all on the good stuff that I know suits my super sensitive skin, bu the total is still eye wateringly high, and I don’t want to add up totals just yet. Head in the sand method works just fine for now, thanking you 🙂
