Hope all of You are well? Today I was so inspired by Ethical Influencers seminal on the art of ethical influencing that I have decided to blog my clothing chronicles from now on. One of the things that blew my mind from that workshop was the fact that average Brit is buying 68 pieces of clothing each year – what? And I mean WHAT?? My own philosophy is as far away from fast fashion as You can possibly get. I have realized that I want to share my eco, sustainable and frugal ways way more. I will also out my 2022 clothing budget and buying tales in the open 🙂

Hello old and new followers! It might be the time I re-introduced myself ? I am Renata, the person behind @greenlifeindublin, a clean beauty blog est 2009. It has been a fun ride so far. Today I am so happy and proud to announce that along with 125 other clean beauty advocates, I am on the judging panel for the 7th #CleanBeautyAwards organized by @certclean, North America’s leading certification for safer skincare.
This year, 455 clean beauty products have been entered in 24 categories, I am judging four of them. It will be lots of work, but I am ready and raring to go – notebook and the spreadsheet at the ready 🙂 I won’t post the names of all the products just yet, as I’ve received only one at the time of publishing, plus we need to leave margin for errors, but I can tell You the categories. It’s facial toners/ mists, body care, nail care and deodorants. I have posted a few posts about the Clean Beauty Awards here and there over the years, but I never disclosed my product scores, thinking it is a confidential information, but this year they are asking for more coverage, plus I have seen fellow judge bloggers posting their scores, likes and dislikes, so I might do that too this year.
I have a very sensitive skin, which is also dermatitis prone (I know, I am a lucky girl), so my main concerns are sensitivity, redness, dermatitis scars and discoloration. I have fine hair, but lots of it, wavy but prone to frizz.
Follow me on my journey as a judge the top performing clean beauty products in the industry. Stay tuned, as I will be showcasing & unboxing the products as they come in. If you want me to blog about my judging experience and products scores, let me know and I will be happy to do that for you.
