Hope life is treating You well? Time for the Fall/ Autumn favourites again! I have some good stuff to show You, even if they are repeats over and over. They are favourites for a reason, am I right or am I right?
I hope everyone is doing well? Today I want to talk about my blogger picks from Love Lula for this month & the gift that keeps on giving – please step forward Love Lula’s Beauty Box. To see 100+ Love Lula posts and review click here, but for now, let’s dive in to see what I think of the products?
Hope all of You are well! Are You loving Autumn? Today’s post is inspired by Meagan at Growing Up Herbal, she is a herbalist I follow and she just posted about her slow living Autumn goals, so I thought I would do mine. All of these things were swirling in my head lately and her post inspired to put it all down on paper. Or blog 🙂 Think Happy List meets Seasonal To Do List. Let’s dive in?
Empties! Feels good to finish products to the last drop, but a drag to post about them at the end of the day. But! You guys love it, so I am dutifully serving my followers. Let’s see what I used up this month? This year I am also adding up the costs, something I *might* regret already 🙂 Not too sure I am ready to face to totals I am spending on my beauty 🙂
Hope You are well! Or well enough? This latest lockdown is taking out a lot out of me, I am finding it so much harder than the last times – anyone else feeling the same?
Today this squirrel in a wheel is finally finishing 2020 Best Series and it is time for health, wellness and lifestyle favourites. If You follow me for some time, You will know or be able to guess my choices, but if You are new here, think Living Libations, Boiron, OreganolP73, Medicine Flower, Na’vi Organics, Wunder Workshop, Jeomra and more. Intrigued? Never heard of them? Then let’s get started 🙂
How are You, I hope You are well? Another day, another Youtube video from me, this time What’s In My Bag one 🙂 It seems like I hit the ground running with Youtube after so many years of being afraid to put myself out there – if you are an introvert, you know what I mean. Many thanks for all the warmth and support from all of You – You know who You are 💕
Essential oils. These little bottles of plant magic help me so much in these difficult times when the world is upside down. You might remember this Soil essential oils review (here) or this Living Libations Nebulizing Diffuser review (here) posts I’d done recently – both are still the loves of the moment! In this post I will explain the ways I use essential oils, as I get lots of questions about it. The brands I love and trust are Living Libations, Neal Yard Remedies & more recent additions of Soil & Balm Balm. Organic is always best, but if can’t afford it, at least do the homework on brand’s background check – do they grow their plants? How they are sourcing their raw materials if not? What is their extraction method? Do they use solvents? All that matters greatly, because the finished product is only as good as your starting material. You don’t want concentrated pesticides, am I right?
I think I am a couple of weeks too late for this post, but let me tell you of one of the ways I keep my family on the healthy path this winter – without any effort & costing just cents per day. Please step forward essential oils diffuser(s) & Living Libations, NYR & SOIL essential oils!
I hope You and Your family are well! If not so much, Your or Your child has sniffles or worse, have all the symptoms of upcoming flu, then this post is for You! I will be showing You my tried and tested healing recipe using Neals Yard Remedies & Living Libations essential oils in a roller ball format. You might also want to check out my Natural Medicine Cabinet post for what other natural remedies I use to keep my family healthy or heal fallen soldiers in natural ways.
