Hi lovelies! I wasn’t biohacking until Living Libations Nose Glow came along – and then I was all ears. A few weeks in, I have a review for You. Interested to know what it is and my thoughts on it? Then You are in the right place.
So You know my undying love for Living Libations. I love so many of their products to no end. So what is this device and why did I want it?
Nose Glow is a low level laser therapy device in the red visible light spectrum. It delivers continuous beams of 650nm light directly to targeted tissues through light-guiding tips or pads. The light is absorbed by the skin and underlying tissues, which triggers various biological processes that promote health and healing.
This powerful, 5mw device is easy to hold and a cinch to take on the road at just 4 ¾ inches (12.1cm) long, 2 ½ inches (6.8cm) wide and half an inch (1.5cm) thick. The long-lived lithium battery is recharged with a USB charger. You control the session length with a built-in adjustable timer that turns off in 10-60 minute intervals.
This rejuvenating red light therapy system transmits continuous gentle rays to bring your nose biome a balanced place. The soothing 650nm laser light imbues tissues and stimulates cells, creating the environment to send sneezing, itching, and irritation on their way. Contoured tips guide the light where it belongs to optimize ENT breathing balance and clarity.
Four actions are contained in one handy, portable place; this effective device comes with light-guiding tips for the nose, ears, and mouth along with two light-transmitting pads that can be applied to the skin on blemishes and tingly throats. Directions: Depending on your needs, use one to three times daily. Maintenance and prevention in dry-winter and damp-spring seasons can be once a day. Use up to three times a day in peak, persistent experiences. Start slowly especially with children and elderly folks.
My thoughts and experience with it
I feel like I was the perfect test bunny for it. You see, I have a rhinitis (that’s permanent sinusitis for You and me) with nose full of polyps and severe headaches on one side of the head. So when I heard all of this, I knew immediately I wanted this device, hoping it would give me some sort of relief from the issues I suffer daily. And relief is exactly what I got! I almost feel like a (whisper it) “normal” person.
Let me explain.
After reading all of this description, it all sounded good to me, but I was still left with a bit of questions that I wanted to know the answers to. I wanted to know more about the science behind it, any studies and what type of red light is it. Here is the answer they gave me.

In fact, red light and infrared light are distinct parts of the electromagnetic spectrum, with infrared being a longer, non-visible wavelength that penetrates deeper into tissues.

Overall device works great, it does what it is supposed to do and I am so happy with it. Does that mean my polyps and sinusitis are gone for good? No, I will still need surgery in the long run, but her this out – my daily life is so much better. The dull, annoying, long term pain is gone. As long as I remember to use the device daily, or at least a few times per week, I can function like a normal person. I can breathe again. Long term stuffiness is gone. It was so bad for two years, I couldn’t breathe with one side of my nose. It was inconvenient, painful and just awful. It is gone in a matter of weeks. To me, that is nothing short of a miracle. If I was asked to pick anything negative about it, I would say I would have liked if there was an option to plug in two attachments at once, because I would like to save time and get more biohacking done in one go. And it would be great if the puffer bags came in more colours, because I am not into greens at all. But that’s such a minors things, I feel bad even saying them out loud.
