I specifically chose this product as I was interested in trying rosemary hydrolate, and it did not disappoint. If you follow me for a while, you might know that after using no mists and toners for the last two thousand of years, now I want them all (seriously) and they are coming especially handy at any time of the year – I have used this constantly in winter, when the indoor heating and the harsh weather outside was wreaking havoc on my skin and I know for the fact it will be used lots in the summer too. I make sure to mist my face before every skincare product application (especially if it’s a balm or facial oil) and multiple times throughout the day as well (providing I won’t be heading out the door in the next couple of minutes) patting it into the skin. I am really happy with this product.

Chobs sheet masks
Chobs sheet masks

I have tried them all and I love all for different reasons. I was a bit apprehensive at first because with my uber sensitive skin plus dermatitis patch, there’s always that “eeek” moment – I sometimes react to the products everyone else seems to rave, even the ones aimed at troubled skin. Not a problem here! My favourites from the bunch are probably collagen and rose water ones. So if you wanted to try them, I say go ahead! Korean beauty is all the rage now, as well as sheet masks, but if you want only the best and the most natural of them all, Chobs is the way to go. Made with organic aloe extract as a base with lots of herbal extracts as active ingredients, these get my seal of approval for sure. Plenty of aloe for second masking if you are that way inclined, but if you wrinkle your nose at the thought of putting the same mask on, I have just the tip for you in this post here titled “How To Make Any Sheet Mask Last 3x Longer” – I suggest you read it 🙂

INGREDIENTS (Aloe mask, ingredients vary for other masks): Aqua, *Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Paeonia Suffruticosa Root Extract, **Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, Propanediol, Limonene, *Citrus Aurantium Bergamia Fruit Oil, *Citrus Limon Peel Oil, *Rosmarinus Officinalis Extract, *Pelargonium Graveolens Oil, Angelica Gigas Extract, Hordeum Vulgare Seed Extract, Linalool, Lycium Chinense Fruit Extract, *Chamomilla Recutita Flower Water, *Rose Extract, Citronellol, *Lavandula Angustifolia Oil, Geraniol, Lilium Tigrinum Extract, Pulsatilla Koreana Extract, Usnea Barbata Extract, Zanthoxylum Piperitum Fruit Extract, Citral * : Organic Ingredients / ** : Made using organic ingredients, 100% natural origin of total (by COSMOS-standard)

Chobs Apple Bubble Cleanser Review

The official description says:

CHOBS Organic Apple Bubble Cleanser is an organic mild cleaner. Organic apple extract, tea tree extract and geranium extract are the main ingredients and each ingredient has a different function. Organic apple extract helps smooth, brighten and increase the elasticity of your skin. Organic tea tree extract gives you a fresh feeling and it helps fight spots. Finally, organic geranium extract is especially good for balancing oily skin and it has a sweet scent. Enjoy a fresh feeling every time with CHOBS Organic Apple Bubble Cleanser.

Aqua, *Pyrus Malus Fruit Water, Decyl Glucoside, **Glycerin, Potassium Olivoyl PCA, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Coco-betaine, Paeonia Suffruticosa Root Extract, *Melaleuca Alternifolia Leaf Water, *Geranium Maculatum Extract, Propanediol, *Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Pulsatilla Koreana Extract, Usnea Barbata Extract, Zanthoxylum Piperitum Fruit Extract, Limonene, *Citrus Aurantium Bergamia Fruit Oil, *Citrus Limon Peel Oil, Lauryl Alcohol, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, *Pelargonium Graveolens Oil, Linalool, Citronellol, Benzyl Alcohol, *Lavandula Angustifolia Oil, Geraniol, Potassium Sorbate, Oenothera Biennis Flower Extract, Sodium Benzoate, Magnolia Kobus Flower Extract, Prunus Persica Flower Extract * : Organic ingredients ** : Made using organic ingredients

My thoughts on it: It is a foamy type of cleanser, which is more suitable for oily/normal skin type, so after initial trial period I gave this away to my elder princess, who’s skin is exactly that. She loved using it, but unfortunately unknown to us princess junior was using it not only as a hand wash but as a play foam too, so it is nearly finished twice as fast because of it. If  I am asked to repurchase it, I will be more than happy to. Providing it will be kept on the top shelf 🙂

Chobs Moringa Lotion
Chobs Moringa Lotion

This bad boy was the pull for me to try the brand – I have been researching moringa a lot recently and a moringa lotion was a no brainer to choose to try. Based in organic aloe, this has moringa and organic lavender extract.

My thoughts on it: it is nice and lightweight lotion, sinks in immediately without leaving you shiny nor can it be felt on the skin. Even though it is designed for dry skin in mind, I found it didn’t work too well on it’s own – please let me explain. While it did work nicely when I had good skin days, it just wasn’t enough if I had dry patches or dermatitis irritations, I felt I needed additional products on top. Now that we are coming into summer (hopefully we will get sunny days soon) I will give it another go on it’s own – in summers my skin tends to behave itself, so I hope I will be able to get away with it as my sole moisturizer. I feel it would work beautifully for people with oily/ combo/ normal skin or for those who hate the feeling of heavier creams or oils.

INGREDIENTS: Aqua, **Glycerin, Isoamyl laurate, Squalane, *Moringa Oleifera Leaf Extract, Propanediol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, *Lavandula Angustifolia Extract, Cetearyl Alcohol, Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, *Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, C12-20 Alkyl Glucoside, C14-22 Alcohols, Paeonia Suffruticosa Root Extract, *Persea Gratissima Oil, Pulsatilla Koreana Extract, Usnea Barbata Extract, Zanthoxylum Piperitum Fruit Extract, *Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, *Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, *Pyrus Malus Fruit Water, *Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Hydrogenated lecithin, Xanthan gum, Limonene, *Pelargonium Graveolens Oil, *Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, *Citrus Tangerina Peel Oil, *Citrus Paradisi Peel Oil, *Lavandula Angustifolia Oil, Linalool, Citronellol, Geraniol, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, *Fusanus Spicatus Wood Oil, *Cananga Odorata Flower Oil, *Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil, *Citrus Aurantium Amara Leaf/Twig Oil, Farnesol * : Organic ingredients ** : Made using organic ingredients
