Hello Lovelies,
Welcome back! And welcome if You are new here xo

Happy New Year! Let’s start by announcing my last year’s best products, shall we?
Here is the thing my lovelies. Last year I have been super minimal, especially when it comes to trying new products, so my post won’t be filled with new and trending products. I am not about that. Hope that’s ok with You. I will showcase the products that work well for my uber sensitive, dermatitis prone and mature skin. Yes, I know I won extra in the genetic lottery. Yes You have seen the same products in my previous year’s Best Products posts. That only shows how good they are.

Make Up
I barely wore it and if I did, it was the same “five minutes” face with a few variations of a lip products. Time to change it up and try some new products!
Concealer
Hynt Beauty Duet Perfecting Concealer
This is my Holy Grail concealer hands down. A firm favourite for a decade, You will see it in all Yearly Best Products posts – no kidding. Full coverage, easy to apply, lasts long time and does not crease, what more can You ask for?
Lipstick
Perfect shade of pinky peachy nude, I never want to be without it. Suitable for so many skin tones and looks equally good on everyone. This is the only lipstick I bought in 2025 and that says a lot.
Mascara
Rituel de Fille – Levitation Lash – Lifting & Lengthening Mascara
This was a pleasant discovery from Amazingy charity make up box I’d bought this year. Not cheap but it does amazing job at lengthening and volumizing.
Foundation
MÁDARA Organic Skincare Skin Equal Foundation
My shade is 30 Rose Ivory. This gives me the exact coverage and luminosity finish I am looking for in my foundation. I always receive compliments when I wear it.

Skincare
Serum (calming)
Evolve Organic Beauty Blue Velvet Ceramide Serum
This does everything I want a serum to do – calms and soothes the skin, evens out the skin tone, strengthens it, restores the barrier and more. All in one product, mind You. What’s more, it does not irritate my super sensitive skin in the slightest, when so many other serums do. I am on my third or fourth bottle and I haven’t even reviewed it yet. This ought to be fixed asap 🙂
Serum (regenerating)
Evolve Organic Beauty Bio Retinol + C Booster
Vitamin C in organic retinol? Yes please! I haven’t had much luck with other vitamin C serums but this beauty came and changed all that. No irritations or redness whatsoever, thanks to gentle rosehip oil base. This mixture is rich in antioxidants, has anti-aging properties and promotes both the radiance of tired, dull skin and collagen synthesis. I really see the difference in my skin when I use it.
Moisturiser
Dr. Hauschka Rose Day cream or Bare Skin Wellness tallow balm
2025 was the year when I really got into tallow as skincare, for a moment I thought it might be the name of the game for me. 8 or 10 months in now I see that it can’t replace all of my skincare products, but it can be a great addition to it, especially in harsh Irish windy weather. I have tried a few Irish tallow brands with various success levels and happy to report Bare Skin Wellness as my current top contender. For a moisturiser, Dr. Hauschka Rose Day Cream came back into Holy Grail status, although it never truly left. Evolve is a second contender.
Face wash
Evolve Organic Beauty Kalahari Dream Cleansing Oil and Gentle Cleansing Melt
As You can see, Evolve Organic Beauty truly has my heart forever. This has got to be my favourite brand in the whole entire world!
Face Balm
Evolve Organic Beauty Blue Balm or Blooming Lovely Botanics Blooming Blue Everything Balm
The latter sadly just closed down. This breaks my heart. Mahalo Rare Indigo is still a firm favourite, but it is four times the price and is getting increasingly hard to get.
Face Mist
Evolve Organic Beauty mist or Alteya Organics Organic Rose Water
Both still firm favourites after so many years! Hope they never get discontinued.
Lip balm
Dr. Hauschka, Hurraw or Crazy Rumors of course!
The same as years go by, I I still stand by them.

Body Care
Body Oil
Evolve Organic Beauty oils
Especially Wild Divine, Tropical Blossom or (now discontinued) Superberry body oil.
Body wash/ soap
No particular brand, just used whatever was available to me at the moment. Nothing stood out enough to be included as the Yearly Best.
Scrub
My own DIY. I don’t spend money on scrubs, a lot of them are way overpriced and I can DIY my own in minutes. With better ingredients, for pennies.
Hand cream
Pure Anada or Weleda
That’s it, I am super minimal with my body care.

Hair Care
Shampoo
Pure Anada Balancing Shampoo Bar
Evolve Gloss shampoo is a close second, but good hair days last so much less.
Hair Mask
Evolve Organic Beauty Hair Mask
I’ve been experimenting with hair care products this year, scalp masks, hair masks to hair rinses, shop bought and my own DIY but nothing shoutout worthy. This year has also been a year of disappointing shampoos, I quietly used them to use them up.
Health and Wellness
Bath salts
Sea Salted or Westlab
Love a good soak in the bath, especially when I add 1kg of magnesium or epsom salts. I rise like a new person and always have the best night sleep after.
Vitamins & minerals to stay healthy
Vitamin D, C, berries powders, matcha, magnesium spray, golden milk, beef gelatin instead of collagen and more natural options.
Natural products if I am sick
Boiron Oscillococcinum, Oreganol P73, Yogi Throat Comfort tea, manuka honey and more. Let me know if You want a separate post on this!
Essential oils
Different oils for different purposes, but I am sooo loving using them for aromatherapy and adding them to my products.

Other/ miscellaneous
You might know my love for natural candles for forever! I love pure beeswax candles too, but they are so hard to find. Sand and Fog have my heart for many years now, I have backups of backups. Seriously, I never want to run out! Love that they come in glass jars with lids, super secure if You have kids and pets.
